Scary bills...

What's happening?? I know standard of living is high in Singapore but medical has been so unaffordable even to above average family. It cos $65 for Miko's doc visit today. It's a usual/regular clinic we visit, price high and they even save on the syringe without given us one for consumption of 7ml medication!
