I found the culprit

Now I know who's the culprit who spoke loudly to me. Yday BJG was telling me Safra got discount now said it's a different card but this "RUDE and LOUD" person....It's so unfair to me who registered with them yesterday. It's not about increasing of fee from term 2 onwards, is that the people there are slapping their own face. They don't even know their grounds before talking to their customers...sighz...what a waste.
